Guarantee & repairs

At Just Franky, we stand for high-quality products. You have a 12-month full guarantee on your jewellery after purchase, keep your receipt for this. Should your jewellery break down after this period, you can always contact us and we will gladly repair your jewellery. However, this will incur costs.

Would you like to have your Just Franky jewellery repaired? Download the repair form below. Fill in the repair form and send your jewellery back to us. Please note, always send the jewellery by registered post. 

Replacing or repairing parts of your Just Franky jewellery by an external party is at your own risk. In this case, your warranty will no longer be valid.
