If you prefer to visit us in person, our team is available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 to assist you in giving your bracelet a new satin cord. Alternatively, you can send your bracelet to us via registered mail.

Satin Cord ordering
Our satin cord is available in 1.5mm and 2mm thickness. To knot a bracelet, you'll need approximately 50cm of satin cord. With our handy DIY guide included in your order, you can easily create a new bracelet. Alternatively, check out our satin cord knotting page for instructional videos. If self-knotting proves challenging or if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
For the Bar Collection, Cube Collection, Charm Collection, Iconic Collection, Love Letter Collection, and Tag Collection, we use standard 2mm satin cord. However, you can also opt for 1.5mm thickness if you prefer. The Vintage Collection uses standard 1.5mm satin cord, and you can choose 2mm thickness if desired. Please note that for Vintage Letter, Vintage Triple Love, Vintage Star, Capital bracelets, and Cube bar bracelets, only 1.5mm cord is suitable.
