Payment Methods
Just Franky offers the following payment options:

• Ideal
  You will be redirected to your own familiar payment environment of your bank and here you can easily make your payment online.
  
  
• PayPal
  If you have a Paypal account, you can choose this payment option and you will be redirected to the secure Paypal page where you can log in with your Paypal account.
  
  
• Credit Card
  Your purchase amount will be automatically reserved on your credit card account and debited when your order is delivered.
  
  
• Riverty
  Riverty is a payment method that allows you to pay for your order afterwards. The maximum payment period is 14 days.
  
  Riverty takes care of the entire payment process for Just Franky. This means that you will receive a digital invoice from Riverty via e-mail to pay for the purchased product(s). To approve your request to pay, Riverty performs a data check. Riverty applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event your payment request is not authorised, you can of course pay for the product(s) you wish to purchase with another payment method. For more information please refer to the consumer section of the Riverty website.
  
  Please note! Riverty is separate from Just Franky. This means that if you choose Riverty, the payment will also go through them. If you have any questions about this, you can contact Riverty customer service. Keep in mind the 14-day payment term and pay your bill on time to avoid an increase! Just Franky does not guarantee this.
  
  
• Just Franky Gift Card
  Do you have a Just Franky gift card? Then you can enter your Gift Card code during the checkout process on the right under the heading "Gift Card" and the amount will automatically be deducted from your order.

Shipping procedure
We send all orders by registered post with DHL. A signature will be required for receipt. You can also choose to collect your order from a DHL Pick Up point near you.

Shipping time
All Just Franky orders can be shipped worldwide. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail from us with the track & trace so you can track your parcel. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 working day and within Europe 2 to 5 working days. If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, DHL will come by again the next day.
