Order process

As soon as we have received your order, we will get started right away! Our jewelry is made by hand by renowned goldsmiths with years of experience in the Netherlands. When your piece of jewelery is ready, we will send it to you in a beautiful gift box.

The delivery time varies per piece of jewelry. The delivery time is stated in the product description of each piece of jewelry. We will of course keep you informed about the status of your order.

All orders are sent by registered mail, a signature is required for receipt. You can also choose to pick up your package at a DHL Pick Up point near you. When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an e-mail from us with the track and trace. The shipping time within the Netherlands is 1 working day and within Europe 2 to 5 working days. If you are not at home on the first delivery attempt, DHL will come by again the next day.
